Envision has carried out a study into Container Deposit Legislation (CDL) for New Zealand. A model has been developed in conjunction with CDL experts from Australia, Canada, the Pacific and the USA. This is your chance to review the model and make your suggestions. The final model will be presented to Government and all political parties by the end of March.
